Yes! This is called ‘cabinet refacing.’ It’s a fantastic, cost-effective way to completely transform your kitchen’s style without the mess and expense of a full teardown.

It depends on the finish. For stained wood, Maple or Cherry are top choices. For painted cabinets, high-quality MDF is often preferred because it doesn’t expand/contract, preventing paint cracks.

If you are reusing hinges, measure the exact height and width of your existing doors. If you are changing hinges or overlay, measure the cabinet opening itself and add your desired overlay (usually 1/2″).

Because every door is made to order, manufacturing typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on whether you choose raw wood or a pre-finished painted style
