We installed Somfy Sonesse Ultra-Quiet Motors (Hardwired) paired with a 3% Openness "KoolBlack" fabric. This specialized dark fabric absorbed the glare to preserve the mountain view while reflecting the heat energy.

Installing at 20+ feet requires more than just a ladder. Here is how we safely upgrade your Summerlin high-ceilings.
We use laser measures to map your clerestory windows. We determine if your home is pre-wired (low voltage) or if we need our High-Density Battery Motors to avoid cutting into your drywall.
Because your windows are hard to reach, we set the "Upper" and "Lower" limits at our facility before we arrive. This ensures your shades stop perfectly aligned with the glass every time.
Our team brings the necessary scaffolding or lifts to reach your high windows safely. Once mounted, we bridge the motors to your Control4 or Alexa system and teach you the app.
